Claire Marie West (clairemwest) proposed in #69 to add Anti-Xa units – A unit of unfractionated or low molecular weight heparin anticoagulation potency determined as the amount that neutralizes one unit of coagulation factor Xa preparation

Plenty of unfortunate precedence exists for these units. It is hard to single this one out for rejection. But see ProcedureDefinedUnits for the general concern. We would need to ask for authoritative literature reference which we can put into the specification. Is there another organization who defines this unit? IFCC?
